A large ceramic spoon with a hole for a wooden handle was found in compartment 10. Normally, this type of spoon is thought to be used as a crucible for melting bronze, but this item shows no traces of metal slag inside. The large cauldron and bowls would seem to indicate that the spoon was used to serve soups or broths to diners.
