Only the funerary corridor of the Giants’ Tomb of Pedras Doladus appears relatively intact. The tomb’s core is 15 metres long and preserves a dozen broken slabs from the much breached perimeter.

The right wing of the exedra was completely damaged while, in the left wing, there are seven orthostatic stones, all chipped at the top, some inclined and others upturned.

The burial chamber has a rectangular plan and is 11.4 metres long and around 1.5 metres high. It is bordered at the sides by large and medium-sized orthostatic stones and preceded by a short narrow part formed of two slabs that served as jambs for the arched stele.

The lower panel of the bilithic stele and a small fragment of the upper crescent can be seen while the other remains are still underground.

The lower panel, lying in a collapsed position with the exposed face against the ground, is trapezoidal in shape with rounded edges and slightly convex sides of different sizes. The lower side, on the other hand, is slanting. There is the classic recess in the upper part.

The second fragment of the stele has a curved upper profile and is marked by a cornice in relief.

This tomb is significant due to the presence of three ogival-shaped menhirs with schematic faces. They stand out because they have a belt with a kind of “objet” with a blade or paddle motif in place of the more common dagger.

The two tombs nearby are called Pedras Doladas II and Pedras Doladas III.
